An einem Dienstagmorgen kam ne Katze in den Zoo
Und ich dachte halt ich folg ihr ohne weitere Intention
Ich bin auch nicht dafür bekannt sehr weit zu Denken
Und so ist es passiert - hab mich als halbwüchsiger Panda
Bei Schnee in Prag verirrt

Diesen Panda fand Madita und der nahm ihn erstmal mit,
Sagte ich bade und ich föhne dich ich mach dich wieder fit
Gar keine Frage, komm ich koch uns erstmal Tee
Und dann erzähl mir mal, du Panda,
Was machst Du draußen im Schnee

Chrs.
Madita überlegte was nun zu machen sei denn
Ihre kleine Bude reichte gerade so für zwei.
"Bär, du brauchst Kohle. Leb nicht einfach in den Tag
Du brauchst schnell ne eig'ne Bude,
Denn es ist kalt in Prag."

So ging er auf die Brücke und slamte Poetry
Und in der zweiten Zeile ging er ein bisschen in die Knie
Und so stand er da den lieben, langen Tag und lebte von dem
Was die Kunst so ergab, unser Poetryslampanda

Von der Straße ins Finanzamt, eine steile Karriere
Die genauer zu beschreiben hier den Rahmen sprengen würde,
Er war halt Pförtner aufm Amt son dickes Vieh
Auf so nem winzig kleinen Stuhl
Aber sehr deeskalierend sah das aus und
Die Kinder fanden's cool

An einem Dienstagmorgen stand er rauchend vor der Kanzel
Da sah er auf dem Parkplatz eine blaugestreifte Katze -so wie damals
Und ihr ahnt, wohin das führt
Das ist eben der Moment an dem sich seine Spur verliert

...

Auch Madita hat den Panda seither nicht mehr geseh'n
Und so fragen wir uns alle vier "Wie mag es ihm wohl geh'n?"
Ist ihm kalt oder hat er Hunger? Oh nein, ich hoffe er ist satt
Er könnte praktisch überall sein - in dieser riesengroßen Stadt

Vielleicht ist er ein großer Künstler, Madita hat an ihn geglaubt
Vielleicht ist er wieder Pförtner oder hat ne Bank ausgeraubt
Vielleicht ist er im Gefängnis - Oh nein, ich hoffe er ist frei!

One Tuesday's morning a cat came into the Zoo
And I thought to myself to follow her without further intentions
I'm not a well- known far-thinker and so it happend
that i as a subadult panda lost myself in snowy Prague.

Madita found this Panda and took him with her, said
I'm going to bath and hair- dry you, I'll get you fit again
No question, come, first I make tea for us
And then you tell me, Mr Panda, what do you do out there in the snow?

Madita thought what to do next, because her little flat was barely adequate for two
Bear, you need dough, don't just live into the day
You need a lodgins on your own, 'cause it's cold in Praque

So he went onto the bridge and slammed poetry
And in the ssecond line he bowed his knees a little
And so he was standing there and lived from what the arts brought in
Our poetry slam pand on Carl's Bridge in Prague

From the streets to the tax office, a straight carrier
which to explain more detailed would totally break the mold
He became a Porter at the office, such a big Animal on such a little chair
But it looked pretty calming and the kids said it was cool

On one tuesday's morning he stood smoking in front of his guardhouse
When he saw a blue- tigered cat on the parking spot, just like back then
And you can guess what it leads to
This is just the moment, we lost his trace

...

Madita hasn't seen him since then, too. And so we all wonder, how he's doing
Is he cold, is he hungry -Oh now, I hope he is sated
He could virtually be everywhere in this giant city
Maybe he is a big artist - Madita believed in him
Maybe he porter again or has raided a bank
Maybe he is in jail - Oh no! I hope he is free
